Shipping policy

If you have received your order and the package/items are damaged or the items are missing you as a recipient must make a claim, you can do so by visiting royal mail's website, please allow 30 working days after submitting your claim. After your order has been packaged and shipped, as a sender I no longer have power or responsibility, the courier now does. If you have allowed enough time for your order to get to you and you may think the courier has lost your order, you can also put in a claim through royal mail's website.

Our courier is Royal Mail and we ship orders Monday-Friday. 

All of our orders are sent tracked and signed for, you will need to be present to sign for the parcel. Please check confirmation/shipping orders as this will have your tracking number attached.

International orders - Please allow 6-7 working days for your order to arrive.
